Head downstairs to The Locks Venue for our Christmas Party Nights, with a three-course festive meal, drinks, entertainment and plenty of time on the dance floor.

Our festive menu launches on 1st December and will be available throughout the month for festive lunches, dinners and Christmas get-togethers.

CHRISTMAS WREATH MAKING WORKSHOP
Saturday 5th December

Get into the Christmas spirit and create your own beautiful festive wreath to take home.

FESTIVE SIP & PAINT
Thursday 10th December
£35 per person
A Christmas night out with a creative twist.
Join Ceri for our Festive Sip & Paint evening, including a glass of Prosecco, festive cocktail, canapés, all painting materials and your finished artwork to take home.
No artistic experience required, just come along, have a drink and enjoy the evening.

MAD FRIDAY AT 1740
Friday 18th December
The out-of-office is on. Christmas can officially begin.
Join us at 1740 for one of the biggest Friday nights of December, with a live singer, drinks offers and buy one, get one free festive cocktails.
Get the group together, book your table and start Christmas weekend by the canal.

CHRISTMAS DAY
Friday 25th December
A Christmas Day drink at your local.
We are planning to open the 1740 bar for a few hours on Christmas Day, giving our local community somewhere to meet, raise a glass and wish each other a Merry Christmas.
Opening times will be confirmed closer to Christmas.

Saturday 26th December
Keep Christmas going a little longer.
Join us on Boxing Day for food, drinks and live music at 1740.
Choose from our normal menu or enjoy our three-course Boxing Day menu for £35 per person.

NEW YEAR’S EVE – BACK TO THE 90s
Thursday 31st December
One last party before we say goodbye to 2026.
We are turning back the clock this New Year’s Eve with a 90s and retro-inspired celebration at Pyes Mill.
Expect throwback tunes, plenty of nostalgia, drinks, dancing and a proper New Year’s Eve atmosphere as we count down to midnight.
Get the group together, dress for the occasion and get ready to see out 2026 with us.
FRIDAY NIGHTS THROUGHOUT DECEMBER
Christmas Fridays are made for dinner, drinks and live music.
Our regular Friday night live music continues throughout December at 1740, with performers from 7:30pm.
Book dinner, order the cocktails and stay for the music.

If you are celebrating with us, why rush home?
Pyes Mill Hotel has 21 individually styled bedrooms onsite, so you can enjoy the food, have another drink and head upstairs when the night is over.
Wake up the following morning, enjoy breakfast and perhaps clear your head with a walk beside the Lancaster Canal.
December rooms are subject to availability, particularly around our Christmas events and party nights, so we recommend booking early.
